How to get Support

You have a number of ways to get support depending on the urgency of a problem.

Submit a Ticket

From the My Ticket Page

Click on the Add ticket link in the upper right corner of the screen

From anywhere in the portal

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the grey link

Send an email to

Any email sent to will create a ticket in the system

Call +1.435.233.9395 and press 2 for support.

You will be connected with the first available agent, or asked to leave a message where we will call you back as soon as possible.

Provide as much information as possible when submitting a ticket, and be clear about the urgency of the request.
