Viewing Tickets

The My Tickets tab

To view tickets for your account click on the My Tickets link at the top of the page.

By default it will show only tickets created by you.


If you wish to see tickets by other members of your team click on the "Team" link in the top right

You may also see tickets that are "Closed" or "On-Hold" by clicking on the appropriate status link in the top left.

Please note you must select the "Status" and the "Created By" for the tickets you are looking for. i.e. to view all Team tickets that are Closed you must click on Team and Closed.

Searching

You may also use the Search box to find a certain ticket or look for a similar issue. The search looks through all fields, so you can search for Equipment, error codes, users, etc and see tickets that reference them.
